Jayco Door Handle

I designed this to replace the outside door handle for my 2012 Jayco Swan camper trailer. The original Eberhard branded handle breaks over time and is expensive as you have to buy the whole assembly. If you print this in ABS it is strong and will handle being outside in the sun etc. You just need to use the original screws and a heat gun/lighter to melt the brass threaded inserts out of your old handle and then heat them up and press them into the 3d printed handle, the plastic will melt around the insert and once cool it is very strong and works perfectly. I had to sand the insides of the lock hole with sand paper wrapped around a screw driver to smooth it out for the lock to fit easily and spin smoothly, then just put the snap ring on and everything should line up and go together easily.
