JAYO Cardboard Spool - Hex Pattern Reuseable Spool

A reuseable spool for Jayo cardboard spools.I added a label and created a spool with the dimensions to fitthe Jayo cardboard spools that I have (mostly PLA+ bought from Amazon.de).My own filament clips fit perfect for this spool as for my other reuseable spools.The spool has the following dimensions:diameter: 199mmcore diameter: 75.3mmcore width: 54.2mmcore hole diameter: 55mmhex length 6mm with 3mm gap I usually start to break of the left side to put in the wide part of the spool first.Clean up the residues of the cardboard side very well otherwise it may prevent you from insertthe reuseable spool (there is a clearance but not too wide). Be precise. Take care your filament does not fall off thecardboard spool.The turn it around and put on the seconds part of the reuseable spool.
