Jays Tech Vault CPU (Maybe) Cooler

Another entry to Jays Tech Vault CPU Cooler design challenge. This heatsink is probably more effective as a FDM 3d printer torture test, than its intended purpose. This lattice based heatsink design is intended for use with top mounted active cooling.

Passive cooling may or may not work, this is for you to find out :)
