This is a stand for the JBL Flip 3 Bluetooth speaker. It allows the speaker to be rotated in any way. The channels where the speaker sits are intended to be filled with hot glue to provide a rubber grip. Fill the channel, let it cool, and voila! You now have a fully-functional stand for your speaker.
