JBL Quantum 400 Headset Replacement Arm

The arm that connects the headphone to the earmuff broke on these headphones so I designed a new one.

Unlike the original, it is two parts and requires screws. The design is not perfect, and is a little difficult to print nicely because of its shape. It allows for restricted ear rotation similar to the original (so the cable doesn't twist.) I didn't bother with restricting the muff rotation but this isn't important.

To print, I printed it with the outside face down. Use supports, print at a reasonably high density so it doesn't break again. You may have luck printing it standing up, but it will be weaker.

To assemble, remove the old one (you may have to break it where it attaches to the headband.) I used two M2 self tapping screws to connect the two parts.

I'm assuming that the RHS is a mirror of the LHS (which I've provided,) but I've never tested the RHS files.
