Jedi Holocron

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2678538 (and the projects that Hoffa had remixed to create it) has a brilliant basic design for a Holocron. I've made two major modifications:
1 - I added a custom pulsing LED circuit (and 5 LEDs) inside powered by a 9V PP3 battery (because the LED tealights we had were just not powerful enough)
2 - I've added a hinged opening and small container into the top - approx 33x33x25mm - to hold a small item (in this case wedding rings).

In terms of minor tweaks I also reduced the thickness of the printable sides to better fit in the available space.

This has been my first effort at customizing for a 3D print so there are definitely some further modifications required!

For printing I used Black PLA (that I sprayed gold) for the main box, and translucent blue for the inserts. If I make another I'll probably buy some Gold PLA as the spray paint didn't work brilliantly.
