Jeep Dash Shield

The dash sun shield was created in Tinkercad. The reflection of the sun from the hood in early morning and late afternoon was strong. The sunvisor protected from the sun but not the reflection. It is a print in place with hinges and will flip down when not needed. Printed in the open vertical position. It is attached with auto double stick tape and can be removed. Install from the drivers seat to block the hood so it can be flipped down toward the driver. The PLA held up fine from the heat in the summer. I just printed another using PETG just to try. It can be scaled up if needed if all axies are changed at the same time to preserve the hinge spaces.

These are just suggestions, you probably know your printer better. I did use mouse ears on the vertical corners just to help if there was warping. PLA did not warp but PETG did a little but did not affect the operation.
