Jeep mirror bracket

I have these super high quality mirrors for my Jeep so that when I remove the doors in the summer I have side mirrors. There are plastic bits that the window arm sits in and then get held by the metal bracket on the Jeep. The original plastic bits are designed to let the arm swing but unless you wrench down on them hard they will start to swing down from the wind and vibration and throw your mirrors out of alignment.

This bracket is designed to slide over and grab the metal bracket in a stationary fashion. Now I don't have to monkey with adjusting the mirror every time I install it as it's already aligned. The chance that you have the same bracket is small but if you've seen anything else I've posted you probably realized that I don't design for the masses.
