A standard Jersey barrier 42" by 32 1/4" by 98 7/16" long (1070mm by 820mm by 2500mm long)
The files are actually 1:1 so you can scale them to whatever size you need
Use the "female" end as a reference as that is 2500mm long & use a site such as the one below to get the length you need for a specific scale & then use the percentage for other pieces :
