Jet Concept – Surface Modeling

This project focuses on advanced surface modeling techniques to develop a futuristic jet concept with strong aerodynamic characteristics and clean surface continuity. The model was built using a surface-based workflow, emphasizing curvature control and high-quality transitions (G2 continuity) across all major components. Special attention was given to the blending between fuselage, wings, and tail to maintain a smooth and realistic flow. The wing configuration features a split-tip design to enhance visual dynamism while maintaining structural balance. The fuselage is streamlined with a sharp nose profile to reflect high-speed aerodynamic intent. Fillets, trims, and boundary surfaces were carefully managed to avoid surface distortion and ensure manufacturable geometry. The final model was rendered in a studio setup to evaluate reflections and highlight surface quality.
