Jetson Nano microSD Extender Bracket

I bought a [microSD card extender](http://amazon.com/dp/B09CKRDFTH) for a Jetson Nano board, so I needed somewhere to mount it. I used M2 screw hardware to secure the board and extender card.

This design was modeled using a Jetson Nano 2GB, but it looks like it will fit the 4GB version as well.
