WARNING: Because of the mesh screen part of the model, this is facet-heavy, your slicer may take a while to process the triangulated mesh etc,

Which is pretty good but not really suitable for FDM printing and the STL was in Inches requiring 2540% scaling to make it the right size.
'Split' before printing to re-position the prongs to a convenient location on your print bed.
The SCAD file is included, but is far from elegant, be warned :-P
It does, however, contain the code for generating the mesh and meshFrame even though that is taken from the STL in the finial compilation... breaking it up like this greatly reduces compilation times for small changes.
