JHead thermistore support 2.0

A support for the termistore of the JHead hot end.
It's a proud spork-gear design, but with this support there is no need to use capton tape or similar.

>Be carefull the support could deforms with the high temperature and the thermistore could become loose. This can drive the hot end to reach very high temperature and melt down everthing.

I tested the support with a 40mm fan always (always) mounted and blowing against the support and the jhead. The test was succesfull for short periods.
