This drill guide [https://www.rockler.com/jig-it-drill-guide] could be used with a hand drill to ensure perfectly aligned holes every time! I used it with Rockler long shank Forstner bits to drill flat-bottomed holes for my CNC bed to flush mount the pronged tee nuts.

Attached the FreeCAD files that has the customizable spreadsheets to change the inner sleeve diameter.
