The basic design was done with the Inkscape plugin.

The conversion process afterwards was tiring, and the conversion from SVG file to DXF file was like a nightmare. I had to open up a 0.2 mm gap to allow for assembly errors, and bluff the distance between 3D printing. It's not as easy as the layman thinks.

I provided all the spares individually in case I lost a piece of the jigsaw puzzle. Probably something a normal designer would never provide because of the hassle.
