This hilt design is 100% printed and needs no glue to assemble, as is the case with all of my designs. My hilts are built around a threaded frame that acts as a sturdy skeleton and tensioning system to keep it nice and tight. I test all of my designs by dropping, wearing, and generally abusing them in as many settings as possible. They are extremely sturdy and will not break.
