Joint ring

Based on the cigarette ring by nazzaf, optimised for joints. Smaller hole for the joint to fit into. Slightly larger ring to fit my hand better. The hole for the joint is placed at an angle so that the burning end won't hang as close to your hand. Also, a little lip was added to make tapping off the ashes easier.
