Jokab-ABB Inca 22 E-Stop Switch Installation Tool

This provides a tool that is not offered by the manufacturer, but is needed to get a solid mounting for the Jokab/ABB Inca 22 e-stop switch. Be sure to buy this switch with Jokab/ABB's adhesive e-stop legend disc. The tool will help you get it tight, but the switch can still rotate without the use of their adhesive legend disc. The index tab on this switch is fragile and too short to engage a legend disc and a panel. It needs to lock on the adhesive disc.

I created this tool while I worked for Intek Systems (aka - Neff Automation), a Jokab re-seller.

The STL file includes support structure that helps build this vertically. You should print with support turned on in your slicing software and set for 30 degrees overhang or higher to handle the three horizontal rods and the curved area above the hex nut. The hole & cavity through the hex nut into the interior of the tool was created to force shell walls and make for a stronger transition from the hex nut to the hollow barrel.
