Jump Ring the Shark

This was a demonstration on combining OpenSCAD for sprue system generation and Rhino to merge meshes to make a prat 3D printable on a resin printer and castable in a centrifuge or foundry. Where the sprue system acts as the support structure when 3D printing and the metal flow inlet when casting.
