Centered,
Made to do the job of covering the hole that a light switch sits in, but you know "over the center of the hole" unlike half of the plates on Thingiverse.
It fits standard light switches used in the USA for longer than I have been on this planet...
Feels like every plate/cover I found on Thingiverse was not centered...
It's like someone centered their design for their switch but their switch was not physically in the center of the utility box so it will only work for their switch and be lopsided on anyone else's...
