Just Another Page Holder

I had printed a bunch of a similar model to use up some some spool dregs and they were really popular handouts over the holidays, so I wanted to make my own version.

Key improvements:
- combination chamfer and fillet on the edges for a more pleasing profile
- slight angle to the hole to more comfortably fit the thumb (fits left hands best, but can be mirrored)
- designed for the first and last mm to be printed at 0.20mm height and the middle to be printed at 0.28mm to save a little time
