This part adds extra support to spread the weight of your headphones evenly over the head strap pad when using the [Just Mobile Headstand](http://www.just-mobile.com/headstand-479.html). Without it, the stand was leaving an ugly imprint on my headphones. It is designed to just clip on, nothing extra required.
