Print at 0.2mm layer or less.
Choose -0.1 horizontal layer expansion for the heart. That way the banner will snap in it.
Other than that the design is pretty simple, do whatever you want to.
The one in the picture is PLA, scaled 0.5x, 0.5y. Printed at 0.2mm layer, initial layer 0.3mm, changed filament at layer 8 at the banner.
