The original EasyThreed K10 printer base is somewhat wobbly and allows some movement of the Z axis, which results in more visible layers.
I prepared something more snug, with less wiggle.
I struggled a bit with the teeth holding it in place, and suggest printing it with something stronger than PLA/PLA+. I wanted to allow it some flexibility, but keep it rigid enough. I ended up putting a drop of super glue on the teeth after printing and letting it dry before installing, to make them stronger.
I recommend printing it upside down, as it prints the teeth much better and requires almost no support.
I made it about 0.9mm lower than the original, so the nozzle will be closer to the bed when springs are tighter, which allows more rigid bed.
I provide 3mf, step, stl and Fusion360 format, so you are free to edit and improve it of course.
