Design ConceptThe K2PLUS PFE tube support is designed to provide stability and secure placement for the tubing in 3D printer settings or similar applications.UseThis support is used to firmly hold and guide PFE tubes, preventing them from bending or tangling, which could potentially obstruct flow or alignments.Printing RecommendationsRequires a sturdy material such as ABS, ABS-CR, PLA-CR or PETG for resistance to heat and mechanical stress. Suggested layer height is 0.16mm with a recommended infill of 20% to maintain strength while saving material.Assembly InstructionsEnsure the bracket is printed without support for ease of assembly. Align the PFE tube within the central cavity and secure it using suitable retaining methods as cable tias 2-3 mm with (0,78-0,11 inch).Only two supports are necessary and after several attempts, I found that the optimal position of the supports is on links 11 and 19 of the cable chain starting from the nozzle.
