I noticed a few times when I was printing something real tall in my K2 plus it would have separated layers from the bed jerking while extruder was printing, the original Z Axis Top Mounts are really loose and don't provide enough support for a sturdy but slightly giving smooth movement, so I designed these bad boys... They fit perfect , and the pre drilled holes make it easy to lightly bore the hole to perfect specifications. I usually never try to print a hole the exact size because if for some reason its slightly bigger the screw will strip faster, this way you can get the screws nice and snug... Be sure to completely clean the opening for the top of the Z Axis spindle so it will rest against the inside edge flushly without all the tree support mess, just clean the hole out completely, you'll see what I mean. Pretty slick design, took me like 7 hours to design it as I wanted it as perfect as I could get it without going overboard...
