K40 mA meter Bezel

So you want to add a milliammeter to your "digital" K40 but don't want to make such a huge hole. This bezel allows you to make the smaller hole and use the bezel to both fit the offset meter parts from the panel and gives a smarter finish. You don't have to be so exact about cutting the holes because the bezel is large enough to cover up your errors - within reason.
I also make some caps for the meter terminals, just in case - the tube has a high voltage on it and if the ground connection is broken then the terminals could, in theory, have a very high voltage on them.
The meter face is 56mm x 64mm and the large round section has a diameter 49mm
