KA Extruder

Kuro Alex (KA) Extruder, based on Alex Extruder.
I've modified from AA to KA, just for the sake of my nickname, instead of my name.

I made this extruder so I could adapt Alex Extruder to my needs. I use it with 3mm filament, a MK7 as the drive gear and a J-Head hotend.
As it was made on OpenSCAD, it's possible to easily modify the model. That said, I have to clean the code and make it easier to modify.
The gears for Alex Extruder should work alright, so I won't post gears right now, since the gears I have are not exactly what I expected and they are not my code.
I've included some work that's not mine in the .zip file for the ease of modifications. If it's your work and you want it removed, please just drop a word and I'll remove it asap.
