Designed for a 25mm diameter cable. Maybe also useful for someone else.
3 parts:
Kabelhalter holds the cable, Kabelhalter1 is the clip that locks the cable.
If doublesided tape is not working (like in my case), KabelhalterPlatte can be screwed to the location and then Kabelhalter is just pushed into it.
