This is a basic keycap for kaihl choc switches. These are really small, and getting the prongs exactly right is tough. It will probably need trimming/sanding/filing of the prongs to fit into the switch stem. I designed these for a .3 mm clearance. I printed these about both .1 and .2 layer height, with the latter providing a better fit. Make sure you use print settings and filament that has good layer bonding, or the prongs will break off. Print hotter, and give more time between layers.
Honestly, I had issues, and just ended up buying keycaps to save time. Out of the 20 or so that I printed I had about 5 that came out good, and 10 that were usable. The best results for this type of model would be from a good SLA or DLP resin printer. A 0.2 nozzle on an fdm printer might produce better results.
