kais box

I tried to design a box with lid printed in one piece.
One can add a little piece of paper behind the 'window' to label the container.
Hey, I designed the box for the customizer and now
the f.. customizer seems not to work yet.
The customizer seems to work now a bit, but scad libs are not compatible. So i put the whole scad stuff into one file. And now it is working, but pretty slow.
