Kaizen symbol and base

Some people in my company's office TPS department requested a kaizen symbol for an awards presentation and I put together this two part model that allows for a filament swap on the Japanese text to create a two color print with a single extruder. The base and text portion can then be glued together to create the finished assembly. Let me know what you think and post those makes!
