Hi, this is my first ever uploaded thing, so please be patient :)
I was trying to design something like a portable 3d printer with no result at all, until I found the Foldarap project...that was perfect to start with!
I had an unused Anet A8 laying around, and I wanted to use my electronics and motors, so I started modifying in Tinkercad the various parts to fit my needs...long story short, to limit the overall size and weight I ended up with a quite different design, still using many parts from the original project I started from.
To complete the printer I used many parts found on Thingiverse so...surely it's not the best printer on the world, but since I took a lot from the community I should return the outcome :)
If you still wish to try, I uploaded all the stl files and a manual for building instructions.
Each filename ends with the filament type I used to print (PLA, ABS, PETG); I printed everything at 100% infill, except 2 parts (infill details in the enclosed Print chec
