Kartel Insert

This is an insert for the [__Kartel__](https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/244584/kartel) board game.

###Versions
There are two versions
* One for printers with a large print bed. The model is 262 mm long on one side.
* One, multi-part, for smaller print beds, 140 mm should be enough. You need to print four copies of the latches.
