New cheap and easy to make 3D printer
Build volume diameter 16cm height 34cm
Printer size 35x35x70
Mechanical:
- Acrilic cut Rod, easy to make and precise
- Acrilic U joint, easy to make
- Carriage using 6x624 bearing, easy to find
- Frame using aluminium with Oval shape, or just rectangle with slight modification
- Efficient height build volume, because arduino are on top.
- Integrated filament spool holder on top of printer.
New Firrmware feature:
Laser mode:
- Fix laser mode, make laser dimly but visible on non cutting move
3D mode
- Auto Fan On when temperature of nozzle above 70
- Auto slow down on first layer
- Fix auto Retract
- ScaleXY on EEprom so can calibrate size without change diagonal rod/horizontal radius on eeprom
