Katsu Router Bushing Mount Full Base

Many people have bought the Katsu palm router bushing kit and found they don't fit the existing base and can only be used with the plunge base sold separately. As I had previously created a base for the Katsu and was working on an adapter for my Triton, I decided to knock up an adapter base to help those without a plunge base out.
