Kayak Whistle

Couple of simple changes to a great whistle.
1) Put my Club name on it. (Coast Guard requires whistles on many waterways whilst kayaking. Some people show up without them. Nice to have some extras.)
2) Make the mouth piece a little longer. (Nice to be able to easily hold the whistle in your mouth without hands whilst blowing. This allows one to hang on for dear life to your kayak whilst signaling for rescue).
3) Find more uses for "Whilst"
