This is a wedge spacer that will help square up the nut to the clamp.
The nut is wider so you can tighten it more and help square the nut to the male thread part.
I printed at 102% using Prusa Slicer and XY hole compensation of .4mm on Bambu Slicer A1. .16 layer height, 10 vertical shells, 10% Gyroid.
Also you may want to print the threaded ball shaft on it's side. I broke 2 with little effort till I layed it down. The threads aren't as great but cleaned up with a 20tpi thread file where the supports were. The ball nut only engages 2.5 threads so I am making a longer nut and a deeper ball socket. The threads are odd size so it took some fiddling with % increase and XY hole comp in print to get a good fit.
Instead of a new nut I just used a 1/2" ball endmill and cut the socket a bit deeper. I'll work on a drawing later.
