Crafted as a support-free 3D model, this bookmark is not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional. It's designed to be compatible with any standard Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printer, offering accessibility to a wide range of enthusiasts and makers. Although I haven't personally tested it with resin-based 3D printing technology, it's possible that it may be compatible, expanding its versatility even further. The "keep reading" message embedded in the bookmark serves as a subtle yet powerful motivator, encouraging readers to dive into the pages of their favorite books and explore new worlds through literature. Its carefully designed shape ensures it securely holds your place in a book, preventing pages from folding or creasing. The durable and reliable nature of 3D printing ensures that this bookmark will stand the test of time, becoming a constant companion for book lovers.The parameters I used for this were as followed:Slicer Software: Ultimaker CuraPrinter: Ender 3 V3 SE (but would work with really any FDM 3D printer)Filament: I used Elegoo Gray PLA, because I have seen Elegoo PLA have outstanding results when compared to other filaments of the same price.Infill: The infill I did was 100%, but you could do less infill.Adhesion: BrimRetraction: Yes, I had it on, but I always have it on so there is minimal stringingNozzle Temp: I did 220 degrees Celsius, but you should do the temperature that works with the roll of filament you have. Every brand and type of filament is different.Support: Nada. This model is a support-free model!
