Ken Block #43 Snapback Hat Extender

Made for those of us who have big heads but still want to rep Block. I always have to have my hat strap set to the last possible hole, but then it has a high chance of coming unsnapped at worst or wiggling around at best.

Rotate the model so the skull is facing down before printing. You may need to print on a raft if you have problems with it sticking to the bed. I didn't need a raft, but your mileage may vary by your printer.

You may need to shave some material out inside the channel for the strap, again this will vary on your printer. I used an x-acto blade and just scratched some out and it worked good.

I opted to print in white PLA and use permanent markers to add the color.
