Enlarged version of KerfMaker allowing larger dadoes, for half lap picture frames or other projects with horizontal tenon.
Original Kerfmaker XL
Blade width max: 9mm/0.38 in 9mm /0.38 in
Tenon/Dado max 53mm/2.1 in 88mm/3.44 in

2x M4 hex nuts
2x M4x20mm hex bolts
magnet (optional for the Bottom)
Assembly
1. Glue nuts into each Thumbwheel. I prefer epoxy as CA has a tendency to fill the threads by capillary action in my hands.
2. Insert thumbwheel into the center of Top with the nut facing upwards.
