Kershaw Blade Lock/Stop

Updated Design as of 9/18/2024. Much easier to print and stronger. My Kershaw pocketknife has a blade stop that prevents it from opening in your pocket. This little part broke on me three times. Kershaw warranty takes over a week to send out this replacement. This model is much stronger, and it takes 10 minutes to print. I used PETG, and PRINT WITH SUPPORTS ON BED. This gives a nice flat surface for the part to interface your knife handle. You must disassemble the knife handle to install. Use 0.16mm layer height
