This adapter allows you to use barbell weight plates in the form of a kettlebell.
Handle shape and size designed around a competition kettlebell standard.

You will need to print both halves and glue together.
Short lengths of filament can be cut and placed in the holes to help with alignment during gluing.

You will need to supply your own nut. Its a standard thread form so nuts off other weightlifting bars should work.
Otherwise, search on here, plenty of other nut models available to print.

I have printed this in PLA with 6 walls on the bottom and sides, and its seems to happily hole two 10kg plates.
ABS may be a more suitable material, either way use at your own risk.
I would avoid fibre infused filaments (carbon) as these can come off into your skin when using the kettlebell.

Happy Printing and Lifting.
