My Keurig 2.0 coffee maker broke the other day. I lifted the handle to load it and heard a snap. When I tried to close the handle it was jammed it would not close. I figured out if you pull down a part inside it then would close. After a day of this I became tired of doing this and checked the internet for a fix. I found this seams to be a common problem when little tabs break off that prevent the part that I was pulling down from going up to high. I found on You Tube a great video of a fix using washers and double sided tape to prevent this from happening https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Mg43v6vIkE then I thought there should be a fix on Thingiverse but could not find anything. So I came up with this design instead of doing the washer and tape thing. This is working great for me. If you have a 3D printer why use washers and tape? Thanks to Tim Petrosky from You Tube for the terrific idea and great video! It inspired me to design my own fix. So this is what I came up with.
