This is a keyholder which u can light up with leds. Its not required to build in LEDs, so u can only screw it in your wall. The gap in the backside of the holder is for a AAA batterie. On the ends is of the batterie gap is space for kabels or whatever. The diameter of the batterie circle is 10,5mm.
