Soldering to keyboard keys can be a bit of a pain as solder never seems to stick to the pins. These little boots will fit on the bottom of the key and provide wells around the pins for you, so that you can just run wire to them and drop some solder in to form an easy connection.
I printed these at 0.1mm layer height in PLA. PLA has a lower melting point than the solder, so don't hold your soldering iron directly to the plastic and let it cool after :) The wire slots were fitted to 22 AWG wire, probably fits a little larger too.
Note that these are for Kailh choc v2 keys - the ones with one big post in the middle and no smaller posts on the sides. I found that the choc v2 MX style plungers made the button caps far, far less likely to break off.
