This keychain separator is fully 3D printable without support material. Rather than the typical button push, the pieces of this device separate with a twist and a pull. A simple locking mechanism means that it should only break apart when you want it to. For best results, you should print the given stl files in their default orientation with PLA using a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.15 mm layer height, and 10% infill. You may find a brim useful for ensuring build plate adhesion.
