This is a compact utility blade that fits nicely on your keychain or in your pocket. It prints in two pieces (sheath and spring) that need to be glued together (Please see assembly instruction video at the end of the description). You will need to use supports for the sheath. Works best printed in PLA so the spring is stiffer. The print profile I have provided requires an AMS so you can use a PETG support interface. If printing from STL, please use 100% infill for added strength, 0.2 layer height, and a 38° infill direction. Do not glue the entire spring down. Glue the “ring” portion in, and maybe 6-12mm of the spring arm. The rest of the spring needs to be free. Assembly and Operational Instructions:
