Just a tool for repetitive measurements. Depending on direction it provides easy measurements for 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1 , 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/4, 2 1/2, 3, 4, 4 1/4, 6, and 6 1/4 inches. Acts as edge square for 3/4, 2 1/4, 4, and 6 inches. Or just as a square.
