I didn't find a bookend that I really liked so I made my own. The kid picture is from a Google image search and royalty free according to Google.
I include the STL file if you want to print it as-is, and the SCAD and SVG files if you want to customize it. It should be really simple to use a different SVG (I tried a couple).
